When will I receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping company and the delivery provider. We provide a group of shipping providers based in major cities, and it usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Is there international delivery?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to a few specified cities mentioned on the delivery page. If you wish to request international delivery, you can contact the store team via WhatsApp and provide them with information about the product weight and rates for international freight forwarders that are not currently registered with the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

You need to read the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In case of a defect in the product that has been agreed to be returned, the shipping cost of the company is calculated, and the freight is covered for the customer. As for the value of the product, it is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order in large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for large quantity orders, and there is a discount ranging from 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page to inquire about quantities.
